Includes: Access to the venue on Friday for decorating. Rehearsal on Friday evening. Rehearsal dinner onsite (self-catered dinner at the venue). Saturday wedding and reception (done by 12 AM). Sunday morning after the wedding until 9 AM to remove decorations.

Deposit at the time of booking is 1/3 of the total due. Cash, checks, or credit cards are accepted.

Additional 3% service charge for credit cards.

The Gathering Place at Heartway Farms includes; access to the tent, tables, and chairs, onsite outdoor ceremony location, and basic restrooms.

We do not require you to use our preferred vendors.
